1m Linear Stainless Steel Drain (75 x 50mm): key details
A linear stainless steel drain gives a slim, modern line of drainage that suits contemporary paving, porcelain patios, balconies and wet rooms. Stainless steel resists rust and stays looking clean, and the slim profile needs far less digging than a standard channel.
Where to use it
Patios, terraces, balconies, roof terraces, wet rooms and in front of doors where you want a neat, discreet drain. Not for driveways.
Fittings
Use our 50mm L-type corners and T-type three-way unions to take the drain around corners and build junctions.
How to install a linear drain
- Plan the run with a gentle fall towards the outlet.
- Set the channel on a firm mortar or concrete bed and connect the outlet to your waste or drainage pipe.
- Lay the tiles or paving so they finish just above the top edge of the drain.
- Clean off grout and adhesive straight away to keep the stainless finish bright.
Frequently asked questions
Will stainless steel rust outdoors?
Stainless steel is highly resistant to rust in normal outdoor conditions. Clean off cement and grout residue after fitting.
Can I join two lengths?
Yes. Lengths butt together, and our 50mm corners and T-unions let you change direction.
